Cookie Policy

We are using cookies on this website which is made available by C WorldWide Asset Management Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S. Below is a description of, how we use cookies and for which purpose.

What are cookies?

Almost all websites use cookies, and they may be necessary to use in order for the website to function optimally.

A cookie is a data file which is saved on your computer when opening a website. It allows websites to recognise your computer and allows for the gathering of information on which websites and functions you visit with your browser. Cookies cannot see who you are, what your name is or where you live. Nor can they see whether the computer is used by one or more persons. A cookie cannot spread computer virus or other harmful programmes.

What are cookies from Google Analytics?

We use Google Analytics on www.cworldwide.com in order to analyse how visitors are using the website. The information collected by the cookie about your visit (traffic data, including your IP address) is sent to and saved on Google servers in the USA.

Google uses the information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on the activity on the website and to provide other services related to the activity on the website and the use of the internet. Furthermore, Google can transfer the information to third parties, if required by law, or if the third party processes the information on Google's behalf.

Google Analytics sets two types of cookies:

  • A persistent cookie to indicate if the user is returning, where the user comes from, which search engine has been used, keywords, etc.
  • Session cookies to show when and for how long a user is on the website. Session cookies expire after every session, i.e. when you close your tab or browser.

Google will not associate your IP address with other information held by Google.

How to reject the use of cookies

If you do not wish that cookies are stored on your computer, you can reject them by selecting the relevant settings in your browser. The settings depend on which browser you are using.

All browsers allow you to delete cookies separately or all at once. How this is done depends on which browser you are using. Remember to delete cookies in all browsers if you use more than one.

If you do not wish to receive cookies from www.cworldwide.com, most new browsers allow you to select advanced cookie settings under internet options and add www.cworldwide.com to the list of websites that you wish to block cookies from.

With this option you are also able to delete individual cookies or all of the cookies saved by your browser.

Be advised though, that if you change your settings to block all cookies, you may not be able to use all functions and pages of some websites.

If you do not wish that your visit is registered by Google Analytics, you can make use of Google's Opt-Out Browser Add-on. Please note, that your visits to other websites using Google Analytics will not be registered either if you install this browser plug-in.
